Trikwan Aesthetics, a leading skin and aesthetics clininc in Mayfair London

By Dr Sanjay Trikha and Dr Zoya Diwan, founders of Trikwan Aesthetics

Mayfair has quietly become one of the densest concentrations of aesthetic medicine anywhere in the UK. Within a ten-minute walk of Bond Street you can find laser platforms, regenerative injectables, medical facials, longevity diagnostics and every kind of practitioner from consultant doctors to visiting injectors renting a room by the hour. For anyone trying to choose, that abundance is not especially helpful. A W1 postcode is a rent bill, not a credential.

This guide is an honest attempt to sort the area by what actually distinguishes one clinic from another: who treats you, how they assess you, and what they are genuinely best at. All five clinics below are in Mayfair proper, and each is here for a different reason.

A note on transparency: this guide is published by Trikwan Aesthetics, and we have placed our own clinic first. We have set out our criteria in full so you can weigh that for yourself. The other four are real, well-regarded Mayfair clinics, and for some readers one of them will be the better fit.

What “Doctor-Led” Actually Means

It is the phrase every clinic uses, and it is worth knowing what it should mean. In the UK, non-surgical treatments such as injectables sit in a largely unregulated space, and the title someone uses tells you less than the register they appear on. A doctor is on the GMC register, a nurse on the NMC register, and either can be looked up in under a minute from your phone. Prescription treatments require a prescriber to have assessed you in person, not to have signed off remotely afterwards.

Doctor-led should also mean that a doctor sees you at the point where the judgement is made, not just at the point of sale. It is a fair question to ask any clinic, including ours: who carries out the consultation, who carries out the treatment, and are they the same person? We have written more on what to look for in an aesthetic practitioner if you want the longer version.

How We Chose These Clinics

  • Who treats you. Medically qualified, registered, and personally involved in the assessment rather than supervising from another room.
  • Depth in something specific. Every clinic in Mayfair offers a long treatment list. The useful question is what a clinic is genuinely known for, and this list is organised around that.
  • The quality of the consultation. Whether you are assessed as a face, with a plan and a sequence, or sold the treatment you happened to walk in asking about.
  • A willingness to say no. The clearest marker of an ethical clinic is that it declines work, and tells you why.
  • Aftercare you can reach. Direct access to a clinician in the days after treatment, not a booking line.

1. Trikwan Aesthetics (Best for Natural-Look Aesthetics)

Disclosure: we publish this guide, and this is our own clinic. Read the criteria above and judge the entry against them.

Trikwan Aesthetics is on South Molton Street, a pedestrianised lane a few minutes from Bond Street station, and it was founded by Dr Sanjay Trikha and Dr Zoya Diwan. The clinic is built around one idea, which is in the motto we have used since the beginning: Research, Educate, Empower. In practice that means the consultation is the treatment we take most seriously. You should leave it knowing what we have proposed, what it will not do, what the alternatives are, and what happens if you would rather do nothing for now.

What we are known for is restraint. The work that first drew attention to the clinic was our approach to lip shape, where the aim was proportion rather than volume, and the same thinking runs through everything we do to the face. We assess features in relation to one another, which is why the answer to a concern about the jawline is sometimes elsewhere entirely, and why we will happily tell you that the treatment you came in asking for is not the one we would recommend.

Having two doctors in one practice is a practical advantage rather than a marketing line. Complex cases get discussed between us before anything is injected, and there is a second clinical opinion available on the spot. We are strictly non-surgical, which we state clearly at consultation, and we refer on when a concern is better addressed another way.

Alongside injectables, the clinic runs a full skin treatment programme, from medical-grade facials and peels through to regenerative options such as polynucleotides and skin boosters, because skin quality tends to be what people actually notice long before they notice volume. Our doctors publish and teach in aesthetic medicine and the clinic has been recognised with a number of awards. If you are new to all of this, our guide to a first aesthetic treatment and our piece on how we keep results looking natural are the two we would point you to first.

Trikwan has been featured in British Vogue and other publications such as the Daily Mail.

2. Dr Nyla Medispa (Best for Device and Laser Breadth)

On Dover Street, Dr Nyla Medispa is led by Dr Nyla Raja and holds one of the wider technology line-ups in the area, spanning laser platforms, radiofrequency microneedling, ultrasound-based skin tightening and body treatments alongside injectables. Treatments are delivered by doctors and qualified nurses, and the clinic was a finalist in the Lumenis awards for best London clinic in 2026. If your concern is pigmentation, texture, redness or laxity rather than volume, a clinic with this much device choice under one roof means the machine can be matched to the problem instead of the other way round.

3. Dr Preema London Clinic (Best for An All-Female Team)

Dr Preema Vig’s clinic on Park Lane is led by a former NHS GP with more than two decades in aesthetic medicine, working with an all-female clinical team. The emphasis is on regenerative treatment, polynucleotides, skin boosters and exosome-based protocols in particular, with a stated preference for subtle change over dramatic reinvention. For patients who would prefer an entirely female clinical team, and who are drawn to the regenerative end of aesthetics rather than to filler, it is a natural first consultation.

4. The Aesthetics Doctor (Best for Evening Appointments)

Dr Ahmed practises from Duke Street, minutes from Bond Street, and has a substantial media profile behind him, with appearances across Sky News, Good Morning Britain and ITV. The clinic covers the familiar non-surgical range from anti-wrinkle treatment and fillers through to skin tightening and polynucleotides, and also runs sites in Leeds and Cheshire. Its most practical distinction for London patients is opening hours that run into the evening, which makes it one of the easier Mayfair clinics to attend without taking time out of a working day.

5. Lanserhof at The Arts Club (Best for a Whole-Body Medical Approach)

Also on Dover Street, Lanserhof at The Arts Club is not a like-for-like alternative to the clinics above, which is exactly why it is here. It is a medical wellness practice built around diagnostics, longevity medicine and physical health, with skin and facial treatment sitting inside that wider picture rather than standing alone. Membership of the club is not required to be seen. If your interest in how you look is really part of a broader interest in how you are ageing, this is the Mayfair address that treats those as the same question.

Which Mayfair Clinic Is Right for You?

If your concern is the shape and balance of your features, see a clinic that assesses faces rather than treatments. If it is pigmentation, texture or laxity, go where the device choice is widest. If you want a regenerative approach and prefer a female clinical team, Park Lane. If you cannot get away from your desk, evening appointments will matter more than anything else on this page. And if the honest answer is that you are thinking about ageing as a whole rather than about your face specifically, start with the medical wellness route. Book two consultations before you commit to anything. The one to trust is usually the one that spends longer asking than telling.

If you would like to talk through your own options with doctors who will give you an honest, evidence-based view, schedule a consultation with us today.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does a Mayfair address mean better treatment?

No. It means higher rent. Location tells you about convenience and setting, and nothing at all about clinical judgement, so use the registers and the consultation to assess that instead.

How do I check someone is medically qualified?

Search the GMC register for a doctor or the NMC register for a nurse, both of which are public and free to use. If a clinic is reluctant to give you a full name to search, treat that as your answer.

What should I ask at a first consultation?

Who will carry out the treatment, what they would recommend and what they would rule out, what the risks are, what happens if there is a complication, and how to reach a clinician afterwards. A good clinic will welcome all five questions.

Is it better to see a doctor or a nurse?

Both can be highly skilled, and an experienced nurse prescriber may well have more injecting hours than a recently qualified doctor. What matters is registration, training specific to the treatment, and access to medical support if something goes wrong.

Is this list biased towards Trikwan Aesthetics?

We publish it, so yes, which is why we have said so plainly, published our criteria, and included four genuine Mayfair clinics alongside our own. Apply the criteria yourself, read recent reviews, and see more than one clinic.

A Final Word

The best aesthetic clinic in Mayfair is the one where a registered clinician assesses your face as a whole, explains what they would not do as clearly as what they would, and gives you room to think about it. Whichever address you choose, check the register, ask who is treating you, and take your time. Every treatment mentioned here requires an assessment to establish whether it is suitable for you, and results vary from person to person.

If you would like an unhurried, doctor-led opinion a few minutes from Bond Street, we would be glad to see you.

Testimonials

What our patients really think...

The most professional, down to earth, friendly aestheticians I could of wished for. I was pretty hesitant to get anything done to my face as I didn’t want the typical over done ‘instagram’ look.

I wasn’t pressured into doing anything outright and was told about all the possible options I could take and the differences between them and what would suit me. I have had two sessions and over that time, I am beyond pleased with the the results! Dr Zoya has masterfully kept my face the same but just enhanced and corrected things certain in places.

Would definitely recommend if you want a realistic, subtle, natural yet major improvement to any problem areas.
