Dr Sanjay Trikha and Dr Zoya Diwan are founders of Harley Street and Mayfair Clinic, Trikwan Aesthetics. Trikwan is known as the go to haven for transformative, natural-look aesthetics and skin care.

The talented duo are firmly placed in the little black book of celebrities hunting for that ‘subtle Trikwan tweak’ after the husband and wife team made it their mission to master the “has she, hasn’t she” approach to injectables and transformative skin care.
Aside from Toxin, Dermal Filler and Skin Booster injectables, Trikwan’s glow inducing facials and Hydrafacials are legendary. Trikwan has previously been nominated for a slew of awards including Skin Transformation of the Year; while their popular ‘pre-party peel’ is a staple during awards season.
Dr Sanjay Trikha and Dr Zoya Diwan are industry gurus, having trained hundreds of medical practitioners in the highest level of aesthetic artistry at the world’s number one aesthetic educational facility.
Aside from aesthetic expertise the Trikwan commitment to patient care is of paramount importance to the doctors. Dr Sanjay Trikha MBBS, MS, BSc
Dr Sanjay, Trikwan Aesthetics’ Managing Director, is an incredibly experienced medical aesthetics Doctor with over 8 years in the industry treating patients. He is a trainer for countless aesthetic training academies and Dermal Filler brands, having trained hundreds of aesthetics practitioner across the country.
Dr Sanjay Trikha graduated from Barts and The London Medical School and gained First Class Honours for his BSc in Medical Management from Imperial College London. Dr Trikha completed his NHS Foundation Training in hospital medicine at King’s College Hospital Trust and is now a full time Aesthetic Injector performing the very latest in Botox and Dermal Filler treatments. Dr Sanjay has subsequently been awarded the qualification of Master of Surgery whereby he achieved a Distinction in Aesthetics at UCL (University College London).
With his wife and fellow Trikwan Founder Dr Zoya, Dr Sanjay runs an academic research group, the AAMG, and is an author on multiple international medical journal publications, including in the Journal of Clinical and Aesthetic Dermatology and in the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Journal Global Open.
Alongside his other incredible achievements, Dr Sanjay has been featured in multiple national and international press profiles including in British Vogue, Tatler, Asiana, Allure, Glamour, Daily Mail and many more.

Dr Zoya Diwan MBBS, BSc, PG Dip Clinical Dermatology
Dr Zoya, Trikwan Aesthetics’ Medical Director, is an incredibly experienced medical aesthetics Doctor with over 8 years in the industry treating patients. She is Teoxane Faculty Member and Regional London Expert, and is a trainer for countless aesthetic training academies and Dermal Filler brands, having trained hundreds of aesthetics practitioner across the country.
Dr Zoya graduated from Barts and The London Medical School and gained a First-Class Honours for her BSc in Anatomy and Human Sciences from King’s College London. Dr Zoya also gained a distinction in her Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Dermatology. With her husband and fellow Trikwan Founder Dr Sanjay, Dr Zoya runs an academic research group, the AAMG, and is Lead Author on multiple international medical journal publications, including in the Journal of Clinical and Aesthetic Dermatology and in the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Journal Global Open.
Alongside her other incredible achievements, Dr Zoya has been featured regularly on TV in Channel 5’s Plastic Surgery Knifemares as an expert Doctor and has been profiled in multiple national and international press pieces including in British Vogue, Tatler, Allure, Glamour, Metro and many more.
