Our husband and wife doctor duo, Dr Sanjay Trikha and Dr Zoya Diwan are highly experienced in consulting and prescribing the very best in medical grade skincare to our wonderful clients.

Obagi is a world-renowned producer of the best medical grade skincare. Their Skincare systems offer curated and specially formulated treatment sets for any and all skincare needs. So, whether you are suffering from adult acne or hyperpigmentation, dryness or inflammation, or many more, our Doctors will be able to find a regime that can work for you.

What Should I expect from an Obagi Consultation and Treatment?

The key to the Obagi Skincare Systems is finding the right product system to suit your skin type and to effectively treat your concerns. Our Trikwan Doctors Zoya and Sanjay will provide you with a thorough consultation, taking you through your personal skin type and discussing your concerns at depth to match you with the system that will work best for you.

The Obagi systems work as an integrated team to tackle specific concerns on multiple levels of the skin’s layers, meaning that not only do you see the difference at the surface, but they are working to treat your concerns right at the source.

Is there a Skincare System that could help me?

The answer to this question is almost certainly yes. Dr Zoya or Dr Sanjay will identify your concerns and help you decide which skincare system will be most appropriate to treat your individual skincare issues.

The available systems each treat a range of conditions, and each system specialises in a certain type of treatment concern:

Obagi Nu-Derm®:
If any of the following concerns are relevant to you then the Obagi Nu-Derm® system is for you: moderate to severe hyperpigmentation, melasma, fine lines and wrinkles, laxity and rough or uneven skin texture and adult acne. This is a 4-6 month system containing up to 9 products (depending on your individual needs) that aims for total skin transformation and can be used alongside other aesthetic treatments (such as dermal fillers or toxin) to help recovery and enhancement of results. This system can be paired with either Tretinoin or Retinol to enhance the treatments’ effects.

Obagi-C®:

This system also treats moderate to severe hyperpigmentation and fine lines and wrinkles, however this system also targets signs of ageing related to photoaging and, unlike Obagi Nu-Derm®, is not recommended for those suffering with adult acne.
Dependent on your skin type and concerns, this system requires a commitment of 3 to 6 months and contains 6 products, each with a specific function in treating your skin issues. As with the Nu-Derm system, Obagi-C® can be used alongside or following other aesthetic treatments to help enhance the result.

Obagi 360®:

Unlike Obagi Nu-Derm® and Obagi C®, which aim to transform skin that is already showing damage and effects from aging and acne, the 360 system aims to be more preventative. Combatting early signs of aging, such as very small fine lines and wrinkles, loss of radiance and dull or uneven skin tones, this system is ideal for a younger patient who is interested in investing in the health of their skin. It will also help combat the occasional breakout but is not designed to tackle adult acne in the way Nu-Derm® or CLENZIderm® systems are. As this system is designed to be low maintenance in its aim to preserve younger, healthier looking skin, it contains only 3 multitasking products, requiring a lesser commitment than others in the Obagi range.

Obagi CLENZIderm M.D.®:
This system is all about targeting and combatting acne. It is aimed at treating both inflammatory and non-inflammatory acnes, side effects of other acne treatments, open pores and oily skin and involves the use of only 3 powerful products that help to clear, clean and unclog the skin while delivering medication right to the source of your acne. This system can be combined with Vitamin A products for those who need help combatting oily skin.

Obagi ELASTIderm®:
If the problem area for you is skin concerns around the eye area and under-eye, then this treatment is aimed to help you. This is a targeted treatment which aims to treat, upper and under eye wrinkles, skin laxity, and puffiness. It consists of 3 products which can be applied all around the eye to help you achieve a more revitalised and youthful appearance. The system can also be used alongside toxin treatments to help address any resulting static lines, and our doctors would be happy to discuss this possibility further during your one to one consultation.
