Your Trikwan Eye Cocktail is curated for you during our in depth consultation with one of our Trikwan Doctors, who will use their 10 years of expertise in the aesthetic medicine to asses your skin and identify the issues which concern you most before creating a formula that works uniquely for you.
This treatment is specially formulated to treat the under-eyes, with special adjustments made for the delicate skin and underlying anatomy of this area.
Your unique formula will be created from a combination of the following components:

This treatment protocol includes:

– A third treatment ideally 3–4 months later

Q. Are there any reasons I can’t have this treatment?
This treatment is not recommended for use in:
- Patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding
- Patients who have autoimmune conditions
- Patient who are vegan, as Purasomes exosomes are derived from colostrum from cattle
- Patients with a dairy allergy may not be suitable for this treatment if exosomes are used, please speak to your practitioner during your consultation for their opinion.

Q. What is the difference between regenerative medicine treatments and normal aesthetic injectables?
Many traditional aesthetic treatments such as neuro-toxin injections or hyaluronic acid fillers have an immediate and finite result which is achieved either over the following 2-3 weeks post-injection. This is a very attractive option for many people, and they are incredibly effective treatments.
However, for many people they are looking for a more “natural” approach to medical aesthetics and anti-ageing treatments. This is where regenerative medicine treatments come in. They offer a way to optimise your own natural skin processes to regenerate and renew your skin from within. Many of these treatments target the root of ageing issues to elicit renewed cell turnover, collagen and elastin production and regeneration of the extracellular matrix to provide better support for your skin. The results from these treatments require time to realise their results as these processes are kickstarted within the skin.
Q. Treatment, Travelling and Big Events
Travelling:
Flying can increase the chances of swelling after your treatment, this isn’t a problem and it is still possible to travel around your appointment, but we would recommend using ice to combat any swelling that you experience. Additionally, this treatment is better suited to those who travel often as it requires less follow up appointments for top ups.
Big Events:
We advise booking far in advance of any big events you have coming up to allow us to get you started on the Alluzience treatment with enough time for you to see the best possible results for your big day. We ask all of our patients who have big events coming up, to get in contact with us before booking so we can best arrange your treatment to happen at the recommended number of weeks before your event. As Alluzience is quicker acting than usual anti-wrinkle injections, a major advantage of this treatment is that it can be done closer to an upcoming event than usual toxin injections.
