This procedure has become one of our most popular in recent years, often with transformative results. The use of dermal filler to rebalance the proportions of the nose negates the need to go under the knife in an invasive surgery. There are many different areas of the nose that we can focus on to recreate your desired result. We can lift the tip of the nose, straighten the hook, create a bridge, create a rounder tip and much more. This treatment is commonly combined with chin filler to perfectly balance the side profile.
The non-surgical rhinoplasty is achieved with delicately placed dermal filler and is often completed in less than fifteen minutes. The procedure is an in-clinic treatment and does not require any down time, unlike surgical rhinoplasty which often takes weeks to heal and often up to a year to see the full results.
The no knife nose job – as some call it, is also completely reversible and will last up to 9-12 months. We find that patients often come to us for the treatment if they have been considering surgical options for some time and want to get a good understanding of how they may look first before opting for the surgical option.
Those who have a nose treatment have the option of returning for a top-up within 3 months for £300. Anything after this time constitutes to a new treatment which will be £500.

Q. Is this an alternative to surgery?
This procedure is taking on such a high profile nationally that it has in fact seen a huge reduction in the rate of surgical rhinoplasty. In some cases, yes, this procedure can be a very effective alternative to surgery, and in other cases surgery may be the only option. Q. What are the follow up or aftercare procedures?
For treatment options involving filler:
- Avoid touching or rubbing the treatment area 4 hours after the treatment.
- No makeup should be applied to the treatment area 4 hours after the treatment. (Ensure your makeup application is thoroughly clean before applying)
- Avoid excessive drinking of alcohol for 24 hours
- Avoid strenuous exercise for 24 hours
- Avoid exposing the treated area to intense heat (e.g. Sauna, steam room, hot bath, hot compress, hot teas/coffees) for the first 72 hours.
- Swelling does not always occur but may last up to 2 weeks in some patients, depending on procedure.
Q. When can I go back to work?
You can return to work immediately after your treatment, though you may experience some swelling that persists for the first 2-3 days. Unlike invasive surgical procedures, dermal fillers are non-invasive therefore require no extensive downtime.
Q. Treatment, Travelling and Big Events?
Travelling:
Flying can increase the chances of swelling after your treatment, this isn’t a problem and it is still possible to travel around your appointment, but we would recommend using ice to combat any swelling that you may experience.
Big Events:
We advise booking far in advance of any big events you have coming up, to allow any swelling to subside and allow us to address any issues or top ups that my need performing to maximise your results. We ask all of our patients who have big events coming up, to get in contact with us before booking so we can best arrange your treatment to happen at the recommended number of weeks before your event.
