Dermalux FLEX LED Phototherapy utilises bioactive wavelengths of light energy to enhance cellular performance and accelerate regenerative healing and repair of the skin. The Dermalux FLEX device uses 360 LEDs to deliver 3 different wavelengths to target your skin concerns. These wavelengths can be used in isolation or in custom combinations to target specific or multiple concerns:
Blue Light 415NM – Anti-bacterial
This wavelength destroys c.acne bacteria, improves skin clarity, has anti-inflammatory effects, targets certain viruses and is clinically proven to enhance mood.
Red Light 633NM – Rejuvenation
This wavelength increases collagen and elastin production, improves skin tone and vitality, reduces hyperpigmentation, accelerates cell renewal, and stimulates blood circulation.
Near-Infrared 830NM – Healing
This wavelength promotes skin rejuvenation, calms redness and irritation, modulates inflammation, accelerates healing, and promotes pain relief.

Treatment FAQs
Q. How many treatments will I need to see results?
Results from Dermalux LED Phototherapy can been seen immediately following the first treatment but we recommend patients have 1-2 treatments per week for a period of 12 treatments to see full results. Following the first course of treatments we recommend regular maintenance treatments to extend results as a part of your regular skin health maintenance.
Q. How long will it take for me to see results?
Patients can expect to see results immediately following their 1st Dermalux treatment which will continue to develop over the following days.
Q. Are there side effects?
In over 3000 clinical studies, there have been no reported side effects of the Dermalux LED Phototherapy treatment. Some patients may be undergoing treatments or taking medications which may contraindicate them from using this device due to heightened sensitivity to light.
Q. Treatment, Travelling and Big Events
Travelling:
Flying can increase the chances of swelling after your treatment, this isn’t a problem and it is still possible to travel around your appointment, but we would recommend using ice to combat any swelling that you experience. Additionally, this treatment is better suited to those who travel often as it requires less follow up appointments for top ups.
Big Events:
We advise booking far in advance of any big events you have coming up to allow us to get you started on the Alluzience treatment with enough time for you to see the best possible results for your big day. We ask all of our patients who have big events coming up, to get in contact with us before booking so we can best arrange your treatment to happen at the recommended number of weeks before your event. As Alluzience is quicker acting than usual anti-wrinkle injections, a major advantage of this treatment is that it can be done closer to an upcoming event than usual toxin injections.
