Exosomes

This treatment has been thoroughly researched and tested over more than a decade to prove that they are safe for use in aesthetic treatments to improve the appearance of tired skin and prevent hair loss. As with any injectable treatment there is a small risk of developing some bruising and swelling following treatment, and in some patients you may experience some peeling in the weeks following treatment.

Exosomes can be used for treating the skin of the face, including under eyes, as well as the neck and hair.

Exosomes are not recommended for use in:

• Patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding
• Patients who have autoimmune conditions
• Patient who are vegan, as Purasomes exosomes are derived from colostrum from cattle
• Patients with a dairy allergy may not be suitable for this treatment, please speak to your practitioner during your consultation for their opinion.

Clinical trials and meticulous research across the last decade have shown that Exosome treatments cause:

• 22% increase in skin thickness over 4 weeks
• 34% increase in skin brightness
• 14% increase in skin hydration in 2 weeks
• 23% increaee in skin elasticity in 4 weeks
• 43% oxidative stress reduction
• 46% melanin synthesis reduction

In hair, clinical trails have shown the following effects which result in hair elongation and scalp calming to prevent hair loss:

• 177% increase in proliferation index in just 48 hours
• 115% increase in IGF1 production in just 24 hours
• 500% increase in miRNA-31 expression

Many traditional aesthetic treatments such as neuro-toxin injections or hyaluronic acid fillers have an immediate and finite result which is achieved either over the following 2-3 weeks post-injection. This is a very attractive option for many people, and they are incredibly effective treatments.

Travelling:

Flying can increase the chances of swelling after your treatment, this isn’t a problem and it is still possible to travel around your appointment, but we would recommend using ice to combat any swelling that you experience. Additionally, this treatment is better suited to those who travel often as it requires less follow up appointments for top ups.

Big Events:

We advise booking far in advance of any big events you have coming up to allow us to get you started on the Alluzience  treatment with enough time for you to see the best possible results for your big day. We ask all of our patients who have big events coming up, to get in contact with us before booking so we can best arrange your treatment to happen at the recommended number of weeks before your event. As Alluzience is quicker acting than usual anti-wrinkle injections, a major advantage of this treatment is that it can be done closer to an upcoming event than usual toxin injections.
