The Brow Lift: Injectable Options to Achieve Bella-like Brows

Depending on the look you are aiming to achieve, an injectable brow lift can be done in several different ways. During our thorough consultation process, Dr Sanjay or Dr Zoya will discuss with you exactly what look you are hoping for and then advise you about the best option, whether that be using botulinum toxin, dermal filler, or a combination of both treatments, to gain your desired outcome.

Botulinum Toxin can be used in different muscles around the browbone area of the face to achieve differing results. The corrugator muscles, which cause the ‘11’ lines between your eyes when you frown, depress in the inner part of your brow. Toxin can be injected into these muscles to prevent them from doing this and allowing the muscles of the forehead to pull this area of the brow up. If you’re looking to raise the outer portions and ends of the brow, toxin can be injected into the orbicularis oculi muscle that surrounds the eye, (and also causes the appearance of crow’s feet!) to prevent this muscle from pulling the brow down, again allowing the muscles of the forehead to pull the brow up, creating the enviable arch sported by so many of our favourite celebs.

Dermal Filler, on the other hand, can be added to areas around the brow to add volume and aid in lifting the brow. As with Toxin, the filler will serve a different purpose depending on where it is placed by our Trikwan Doctors. It may serve to lift a sagging eyelid or lift the end of the brow, or brow-line itself.
